1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Nature of Platform
Air Tantra operates solely as an online advertising directory and does not provide, arrange, or supervise any services advertised on the platform.
We:
• Do not act as an agency
• Do not arrange bookings
• Do not process client payments for services
• Do not supervise interactions
All communications and transactions occur directly between clients and Advertisers.
3. Eligibility and Verification
Advertisers must be at least 18 years of age.
Every advertiser must complete Air Tantra's verification process before any listing is published. Verification is mandatory and applies to all advertisers without exception. No listing is made publicly visible until verification has been completed and approved by the Air Tantra team.
By submitting a listing, the advertiser declares that they are at least 18 years of age and that all images and information submitted are their own and accurate.
Air Tantra may request additional information or documentation at any time where a listing or verification submission raises doubt as to the advertiser's age or identity. Listings may be suspended or removed pending the outcome.
4. Legal Compliance
Advertisers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable Australian federal, state and local laws.
This includes laws governing adult services in the state or territory where the Advertiser operates.
Air Tantra does not permit illegal services and reserves the right to remove non-compliant listings.
5. Account Responsibility
Advertisers are responsible for:
• Accuracy of their listing
• Login security
• All activity under their account
5.1 External Website Links
Advertisers may include a link to their personal website or social media on their profile.
However, it is strictly prohibited to:
• Add links directing to another advertising platform
• Promote listings hosted on competing directories
• Redirect users to external websites offering the same type of advertising services as Air Tantra
Any violation of this rule may result in removal of the link, suspension of the advertisement, or termination of the account.
6. Content Ownership & Licence
Advertisers retain ownership of their submitted content.
By submitting a listing, the Advertiser grants Air Tantra a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:
• Display
• Reproduce
• Modify formatting
• Optimise for SEO
• Promote within the platform
6.1 Promotional Use
Air Tantra may promote advertiser listings by publishing a profile card containing the advertiser's listing images and a link to their Air Tantra profile. Promotion is limited to Reddit and to Air Tantra's own website and marketing materials.
Air Tantra will not alter the fundamental meaning of the services offered and will represent the advertiser fairly and accurately.
Advertisers may opt out of external promotion at any time by contacting support@airtantra.com.au.
7. Verification Process
Verification is mandatory for all advertisers and must be completed before a listing is published.
To complete verification, the advertiser must submit two photographs of themselves holding a handwritten sign. The sign must show the advertiser's name, the current date, the advertiser's contact number, and the words Air Tantra.
The first photograph must show the advertiser's face clearly. The second must show the advertiser's full body.
The Air Tantra team compares both photographs against the images submitted for the listing. Where the images do not match, or where the submission is incomplete or unclear, verification is refused and the listing is not published.
Verification images are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Verification confirms that the listing is authentic and that the advertiser is the person shown in the listing images. It is not an endorsement of the advertiser or of any service offered.
8. Advertisement Review and Content Management
All advertisements submitted by advertisers may undergo review by the Air Tantra team before publication.
Air Tantra reserves the right to reject, edit, or request modifications to listings that do not meet platform standards.
8.1 Content Optimisation and SEO
Air Tantra may make minor edits to profile descriptions for formatting, readability, and search engine optimisation (SEO) purposes.
These changes are intended to improve visibility and discoverability while preserving the original meaning of the services offered.
If an Advertiser believes any modification does not accurately reflect their services, they may contact Air Tantra to request a review.
9. Prohibited Services
Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring that their listings and services comply with all applicable Australian laws.
Advertisers must not promote or offer any services that are illegal under Australian law.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Services involving individuals under the age of 18
- Human trafficking or exploitation
- Coercion or forced services
- Illegal prostitution operations
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
Air Tantra reserves the right to remove listings suspected of promoting prohibited or unlawful services.
10. User Conduct
All users of the platform, including clients browsing listings, must use the website responsibly.
Users must not:
- Harass or threaten advertisers
- Attempt to engage in illegal activity
- Misuse contact information published on the platform
- Post abusive, defamatory, or unlawful communications
- Attempt to impersonate another person
Air Tantra reserves the right to block access to users who misuse the platform.
10.1 Reporting and Removal
A report button appears on every advertiser profile. Any user may use it to report a listing they believe is inaccurate, impersonating another person, unlawful, or involving a person under the age of 18.
Reports may also be sent to support@airtantra.com.au.
Air Tantra reviews all reports. Where a report concerns a person under the age of 18, non consensual content, coercion, or trafficking, the listing is removed from public view immediately while the report is reviewed. Other reports are reviewed and actioned within five business days.
Air Tantra will refer any matter it considers unlawful to the relevant Australian authorities.
11. Adult Content Notice
This website contains adult-oriented listings intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.
By accessing this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that accessing adult-oriented material is legal in your jurisdiction.
12. Payments, Cancellation and Refunds
Advertising on Air Tantra is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance for each subscription period. Advertising begins once payment is cleared.
An advertiser may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings. Cancellation stops all future charges. The listing remains published until the end of the paid period already in progress, and no refund is issued for the remaining portion of that period.
An advertiser who wishes to remove their listing from public view before the end of the paid period may do so at any time using the Hide My Profile function in their account settings. Hiding a listing does not entitle the advertiser to a refund.
Trial periods are promotional and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Listings may be suspended for non-payment.
Nothing in this clause limits any right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to remove listings that:
• Violate these Terms
• Misrepresent identity
• Breach laws
• Harm platform integrity
14. Indemnity
Advertisers agree to indemnify Air Tantra against any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from their listings or services.
15. Limitation of Liability
Air Tantra operates solely as an online advertising directory.
Air Tantra verifies that each advertiser is the person shown in their listing images and that they are at least 18 years of age, in accordance with clauses 3 and 7. Air Tantra does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the services described in a listing, the accuracy of rates or availability, the conduct of any advertiser, the safety or quality of any service, or an advertiser's compliance with the laws applicable to them.
Any interactions, communications, bookings, or transactions occur directly between users and advertisers. Air Tantra does not arrange bookings and does not process payments for services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Air Tantra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Air Tantra's liability is limited to the amount paid by the advertiser in the most recent subscription period.
Nothing in this clause excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

We may update these Terms at any time.
