3. Verification Images
Verification is mandatory for all advertisers. Before a listing is published, the advertiser must submit two photographs of themselves holding a handwritten sign showing their name, the current date, their contact number, and the words Air Tantra. One photograph shows the face, the other shows the full body.
These images are used solely to confirm that the advertiser is the person shown in the listing images and that the listing is authentic. They are never published, never shown to clients, and never shared with other advertisers.
Verification images are reviewed manually by the Air Tantra team. Air Tantra does not use facial recognition or generate biometric templates from these images.
4. Analytics and Cookies
We use cookies and analytics tools to improve website performance and understand user behaviour. These tools may include:

7. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on secure servers located in Sydney, Australia. Verification images and account information are stored securely within our internal web application database. While we take reasonable steps to protect personal information, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Data Retention
Account information and listing content are retained while the account remains open. Where an account is closed or a subscription lapses, account information and listing content are retained for 12 months so that the advertiser can reactivate their listing without starting again. After 12 months without reactivation, this information is deleted.
Verification images are retained for the life of the account and for 12 months after closure, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and to demonstrate that verification was carried out. They are then deleted.
Billing records are retained for the period required under Australian tax law.
An advertiser may request deletion of their information at any time by contacting support@airtantra.com.au.
9. Access, Correction and Deletion
Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us at support@airtantra.com.au. We will respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Privacy Complaints
If you believe that Air Tantra has breached the Australian Privacy Principles or mishandled your personal information, you may submit a privacy complaint to us.
